- Send it back unworn, with tags if possible. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Yes. Shipping is free across the European Union. For the UK and the rest of Europe it is €4.95, for the US and Canada €7.95, and for the rest of the world from €9.95. You always see the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.
How can I make sure it will fit me properly?
Every product page has a size guide with measurements. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one for a relaxed, comfortable fit. Still unsure? Email us your usual size and height and we will help you choose.
How long does shipping take?
Within the EU, usually 7–14 days. The UK and the rest of Europe 8–15 days, the US and Canada 8–16 days, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East 10–20 days, and the rest of the world 12–25 days.
